I had an issue that was not the fault of rdshadez the handled the problem quick and efficiently . All orders arrived fast and in excellent condition.
Absolutely LOVE the band! Unfortunately the directions to adjust the band mean nothing.. be prepared for a bit of a struggle if you do it yourself.
