My local post office is just a total nightmare and when I ordered a pair of glasses, they promptly put “return to sender” without my consent to screw up shipping... Robert immediately got involved and made this right- doing the right thing by customers is what builds business and he gets it... also, I always get compliments on my sunglasses (I have several pairs now) and I pass along the website. Great business.
